I understand this booking is non-refundable within 30 days of my travel date, that the ₱500/pax booking fee is never refunded, and that a full refund is only given if the tour or flight is cancelled by the supplier or by force majeure. Change of mind, illness, or other personal circumstances are not covered — travel insurance exists for that.
