Terms and Conditions

INSURANCE: Tour packages do not include Travel Insurance unless stated in the inclusions. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage prior to your travel. Should you fail to secure travel insurance, then you accept full responsibility and indemnify La Paraiso Travel and Tours for all damages/costs that may arise.
ISLAND HOPPING: The passenger has to follow the whole scheduled itinerary if a passenger decided not to attend the Complimentary/Free Island Hopping, no refund will be given.
JOINED TOURS / TRANSFERS: The driver / Tour Guide can only wait for you for 10 minutes. Guests should be in the lobby on time for the tour/ departure airport transfer pick-up. We will not be held liable if you fail to catch the seat in coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.
Note: expect minor delays joiners as the van have multiple pick-ups and drop-offs.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
CONDITIONS: La Paraiso Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a tour if group numbers are insufficient to confirm a group departure. We also reserve the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or canceled at any moment during the tour to assure the safety of all passengers.

Ticket / Tour Package is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-REROUTEABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE. No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
Minor passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied by parents, either mother or father at the airport. Otherwise, the guardian must secure clearance from DSWD.
Passengers must check the airline website (Under the manage booking section) or travel agency for any flight changes before their flight. La Paraiso Travel and Tours is not liable for missed airport transfers or Tours Due to Flight Delays or any Flight Changes.
Passenger guarantees that the names in the above booking are correct and same spelling as the passports/valid I.D.
No show on booked dates will render services forfeited. No refund will be extended for any unused services.
In the event of Mandated government cancellation or Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, La Paraiso Travel and Tours will not be held liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort/local operators.
If the Flight has been canceled by the Airline, Airfare may be refundable and rebookable subject to airline policies while Land Arrangement is rebookable & refundable by Travel Credit Only.

By Booking with La Paraiso Travel and Tours, you are acknowledging that you have read our terms and conditions and that you understand and agree to be bound by them.

The passenger is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas, and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination or transit. La Paraiso Travel Tours does not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Passenger guarantees that the passports are valid for 6 months upon departure and arrival and are not tampered with or damaged. Passengers must shoulder any charges/damages caused by invalid/expired travel documents.
Immigration/ Airport Personnel has the right to subject passengers to questioning or interview upon exit. Travel Agency will not be liable for any immigration decision to not allow passengers to depart due to any circumstances.
E-Government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads before traveling outside the country.
For International tour packages, the terms and conditions for the tour will be sent together with the package quotation to the passenger availing.

Hotel Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 1200NN.
Early Check-in is subject to room availability. Late checkouts will automatically charge one (1) night.
All room categories (bed configuration) are subject to availability upon check-in
Damage and Loss of Hotel Key Cards, Bedsheets and Towels, and Consumption of Food and Drinks in the Mini-Fridge-Bar and Other Incidental Expenses are NOT included in the Tour/Travel Package & these are charged to the Client.
Unavailability or Sudden Changes to the Hotels Amenities/Facilities like pool, wifi, and alike, are beyond the control of the agency, in such cases, La Paraiso Travel and Tours will not be liable.
Incidental Charge: Most of the hotels are requiring a security deposit upon check-in. Return of deposit will be processed upon check-out if no damages have been incurred during your stay.
